I did a hydraulic conversion using an 11" pressure plate/clutch disk setup. It was a serious PITA to get the stock Jeep stuff to throw the clutch fork far enough to disengage the clutch enough to get the Jeep in gear. I suggest going with a 10.5" pressure plate/disk setup and maybe trying out Novak's stuff.
