I've made the odd part-made bat, shaping it down with a draw knife and using spoke shaves and planes etc - however I'm now looking to 'concave' bats by sanding down the sides of the bat. So to do this, I'm aware that some machinery is the best way to go - however I'm unsure where would be the best place to start.
